Nyalife appointment cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy
At Nyalife Women's Health Clinic, we value your time and ours. We require a commitment fee to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund of your commitment fee.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will help you arrange another available slot.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments will be reviewed in line with our cancellation policy and applicable consumer rights.
Clinic-initiated cancellations
If Nyalife needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days, with the time taken to reflect depending on the payment provider.
